Peers & Caregivers
We are a caregiver-led nonprofit in New Castle County, DE for neurodiverse peers (18+) with low-support needs and their caregivers. Through fun and skill-building activities, ExpO seeks to improve options and quality of life for individuals and their families. We are not a respite organization.
Our history
Caregivers started ExpO to give their adult loved ones, no longer in school, more social outlets, connections with their peers and opportunities to advocate and learn new skills. Incorporated in 2018, ExpO holds monthly meetings and organizes a variety of activities in the community based on what members enjoy or want to try.
